Healthy Relationships sessions

In conjunction with Bitesize Brook, FREEDA delivers Healthy Relationships lessons to secondary schools as well as presenting to whole school assemblies on a range of topics relating to relationships, consent and awareness of domestic abuse.

Education is a key element in our prevention work in the community. Freeda believe that by educating our young people we can start to see an end to abuse by interrupting long accepted and damaging norms that have been tolerated for too long.

Highlands College

FREEDA are delighted to have started working alongside UCJ to deliver a programme of training to Social Work degree students over the 3 years of their course, building on basic domestic abuse awareness training to include responding to perpetrator behaviours and the role of professionals.

FREEDA believes that by working together, we can create a community where domestic abuse is no longer tolerated. Whether you are an individual looking to volunteer, a professional seeking training, or an organisation wanting to partner with us, there is a place for you in supporting FREEDA’s mission.
